Presenting a new GPP report focused on four countries where tightening restrictions on civil society (such as the new foreign agent laws) are being used to target LGBTI groups, as well as some strategies LGBTI groups are using to successfully resist these restrictions. The session will focus on Kenya, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and Hungary, and will make recommendations for future research and donor action. We will have small group strategy sessions and report back on recommendations for future research and strategies for success.
