On June 28th, GPP held a lovely report launch and reception hosted by Foundation for a Just Society and co-hosted by Funders for LGBTQ Issues. The reception featured the US launch of The Perfect Storm: Closing Civil Society Space and LGBTI Organizations, a new report commissioned by the Global Philanthropy Project that offers a broad overview of how this issue is affecting LGBTI movements in Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia, Kenya, and Hungary.
Additionally, GPP and research partner Funders for LGBTQ Issues presented our shared groundbreaking research on the state of government, multilateral, and foundation funding for LGBTQI communities worldwide.
