GPP 2018 Annual Member Meeting
- We encourage members to arrive on Wednesday, July 18th for an opening dinner.
- The meeting will be two full days, Thursday, July 19- Friday, July 20.
- Check-out/departure is planned for Saturday, July 21st.
The meeting will be held at the Lloyd Hotel. Rooms will be reserved through the GPP registration form, and payment will be made at check-in.
MEETING REGISTRATION FEE
The GPP Annual Meeting has historically been hosted by a GPP member, with food and facilities provided by the host. As our model has shifted this year, we are charging a small registration fee of $250 per person, towards covering the costs of meeting space and meals during this multi-day convening.
PARTICIPATE IN MEETING PLANNING
The meeting planning process is now getting started, through conversations within each Working Group and Study Group. Further member outreach for meeting feedback will be coming soon.
